The vendor has implemented a fix that resolved the issue. The phone lines have remained stable and fully operational.

P400 Pinpad- Few locations reported Intermittent communication issues

We observed there are few of Harvey's locations have intermittent communication issues with P400 payment devices. We have escalated this issue to the vendor for further investigation. Please note that this is only impacting P400 payment machines.

Dragontail Driver App- Issues | Few Swiss Chalet stores are impacted

We're having issues with the dragontail delivery drivers app. It fails to load and shows "event startup option timed out". We're checking this with our vendor and will provide further updates.
In the meantime, stores can create a web portal ticket at help.cara.com so we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: Ecomm and aggregator orders integration issue has resolved

We have not logged any further issues since our last communication email. The ecomm and aggregator orders have been flowing to stores successfully for the last hour. We're marking this issue resolved as of now.
