Uber has applied their fix. After confirming with multiple stores over the last few days, we now believe that this problem has been resolved. Please reach out to the Recipe IT Service Desk and open up a ticket through our portal, if issues persist.

We're performing emergency maintenance on the primary MX600 between 4-5 a.m. to troubleshoot the loss and latency on the upstream router. During this period, stores may experience a delay of a few seconds as they will failover to the backup unit. This failover will affect VPN-dependent services such as Server/POS/MWS/KDS, wired payment devices, and VOIP phones for two to three seconds while the backup unit takes over.
