Current Situation
Over the past couple of weeks, you have noticed issues that have impacted the RMS back office system. The Restaurant Systems team has identified the root cause and we are working with our vendor (Blue Yonder) who has been highly engaged with Recipe to resolve the issues with RMS.

This resolution will entail a mandatory maintenance of the RMS data tables over the next 6 consecutive weeks. Once completed, the performance of RMS will be greatly improved.

Our RMS Vendor will be conducting additional maintenance tonight, beginning at 9 pm EST.

This maintenance being conducted tonight will result in EOD processes, Inventory Posting and Client Publication not being available. Restaurants may experience a slowdown in performance when running reports. All other RMS processes will not be affected.
