Maintenance

We're performing emergency maintenance on the primary MX600 between 4-5 a.m. to troubleshoot the loss and latency on the upstream router. During this period, stores may experience a delay of a few seconds as they will failover to the backup unit. This failover will affect VPN-dependent services such as Server/POS/MWS/KDS, wired payment devices, and VOIP phones for two to three seconds while the backup unit takes over.

Please note that Beanfield will be performing maintenance on a fiber circuit between the Recipe Unlimited data centres. There will be approximately 3 to 4 hours of downtime on a primary fiber circuit, during which all traffic will be shifted to the secondary circuit. There will be zero impact to restaruant services during this maintenance window.
