What is happening? Emergency Network Maintenance

When is it happening? 1:00am to 2:00am Eastern time, September 8, 2023

Estimated service interruption time during maintenance window: 2 to 3 minutes

Please be advised that the Recipe IT team will be performing emergency network maintenance starting at 1:00am Eastern time tomorrow morning. This maintenance is being performed by our partner Beanfield, and is necessary to correct a condition which prevented business continuance during the evening outage on Monday September 4th 2023.

Affected Services

During the maintenance period, the following systems and services may experience a brief, 2-3 minute interruption:

Payment Terminals (PATT, Bar, Takeout, Drivethru)

Recipe-provided phone service (VoIP)

Off premise ordering

Internet connectivity from POS/MWS

NOTE: While we are unable to accurately state when an interruption will occur, we anticipate it will happen within the first 30 minutes of the maintenance period.

If your restaurant uses wireless payment devices you can always process payments in Offline mode by following the instructions in this document:
