9:30AM: Some users have reported connection attempts failing in the AnyConnect VPN client. NetOps is currently investigating.
11:00AM: Users are now able to login successfully. NetOps is still investigating the root cause.
11:30AM: Root cause has been identified and we are working towards a permanent resolution.
1:00PM: Undergoing assessment with external vendor support.
